Effortlessly in love.

I've learnt that the things I can do for someone I love, appear to be
done without any efforts. I am suprised at my own doings, when I go
out of the way to help, care & make special moments. I would never do
such things for anyone else including myself. Deeds done in love are
totally effortless & self motivated.

Self awareness.

I've learnt that self awareness about what I am thinking, what I am
feeling, what I am saying and what I am doing really helps me to take
matured decisions and to stay in charge of my life with minimal
chances of mistakes. I will always remember to remember.

Sharing the feeling.

I've learnt that, by keeping an assumed wrong notion or a negative
thought about someone whom I love, to myself, only adds more negative
feelings and creates a sense of distrust between the two of us.
Sharing about it helps resolve any misconceptions or helps me to
improve my relationship.

Small things count.

i've learnt that the small small things and gestures of caring for
your loved ones matter more than anything else in a relationship. To
love someone unconditionally, to understand what he/she is feeling, to
care for small things, to make someone feel that he/she is very
special, to not take him/her for granted for selfish motives, really
adds up to making a great relationship full of love and mutual respect
for each other.

Love.

I've learnt that people get super powers to do such unbelievable things, such weird things, such difficult things, when they are in Love.
Love is the most powerful of forces. I'm glad that I'm in Love.

Forgiveness.

I've learnt that people can forgive me for wrong actions, but they might not for wrong intentions. Time is the biggest healer and the only way to get someone's trust back.

Coming closer.

I've learnt that when I am facing challenges, my family and near ones come even more closer to me than ever and go out of their way to be a support to me. And because of this, I am able to pass the difficult phase so quickly and effortlessly.

Alert Mind

I've learnt that my employees feel secured, when, they know that, I am alert and I know every smallest detail about our organization. The feel a sense of satisfaction that they are working in a great organization and they feel proud and happy to know that I care for them.

Misunderstandings

I've learnt that, a lot of misunderstandings can be avoided by asking relevant questions at the right time.

When Sleepy...

I've learnt that whenever I am sleepy, I should not enter into a serious conversation with anyone. It may so happen, that, I myself won't realize if I say something wrong or stupid or hurt someone while doing so. And ofcourse, I should never drive when I am sleepy. There's no point in regretting about it later.  











Taken for granted.

I've learnt that if I love someone, then, I should never take that person for granted. I would rather, creatively find more and more ways to make the relationship more stronger, more beautiful and more loving.

Right intentions

I've learnt that whenever I do something wrong, I become stressed, my heartbeats increase, I avoid certain situations, all negative emotions surround me. 

But, I am on top of the world when I have the right intentions and purity in thought and action. When I do the right things, with the right intentions, I never have to bow down, never have to feel guilty, I fearlessly can face any situation.

Restrictions

I've learnt that restrictions are only in the mind. There's no limit to what I can achieve or do. There are endless possibilities. It all depends on how much can my mind stretch itself and explore the possibilities.

Create your day

I've learnt that I can create my day by actually thinking about the way I want my day to go. And in a similar way, I can apply the same rule and create my life intentionally.










3 steps to goal.

ASK - Make a command. Let the Universe know what you want. Be specific.
BELIEVE - Believe that its already yours. Believe in the unseen.
RECEIVE - Begin to feel wonderful about it. Feel the way you will feel once it arrives. Feel it now.










Cause and Effect

I've learnt that everything happens because of a cause. The happenings are the effect of a cause. The cause is always our thoughts. The feelings which we get are the effect.

So, if I am feeling negative, bad, hurt, I should immediately focus on something good, happy, exciting. So, once I change the thoughts to something positive, the effects become positive, because the cause has changed.

Vision Board

I'm making a vision board. I've learnt that apart from my conscious thoughts, my subconscious thoughts prove to be more powerful. Looking at the vision board would lead me to my goals automatically & subconsciously.

Addiction

I've learnt that if you've come out of an addiction, don't try to test it. Just remain out of it.. Or else it will pull you in again and you won't even realize it.

Love & Peace

I've learnt that what can be done with hatred, can be done with Love too. But, when done with love, I enjoy doing it more. Whatever done peacefully & with love, creates a tremendous sense of satisfaction in me.









Tension doesn't help

Today, I've learnt that no matter how bad a phase of life I'm going through, worrying about it and taking tension will only make things worse.
Instead, when I drop the tension, I can think creatively for solutions, which can help me come out of the situation faster.
